Avenging an earlier season 3-1 loss, Attica pushed across a run in the bottom of the seventh inning to nip Lyndonville 3-2 this evening in a Genesee Region League baseball game at Lyndonville.

Wyatt Bryman doubled with two outs in the bottom of the seventh to drive in the winning run for the Blue Devils.

Attica’s other two runs came in the first inning but Lyndonville rallied into a tie by scoring once in the third as Nathan Dillenbeck doubled and came home on a fielders choice play off the bat of Rolland Balcerak and once in the fourth as Alex Barry singled and came home on a wild pitch.

Lyndonville though could not score again as the Tigers left two runners stranded in both the second fourth innings and later left runners at second and third in the seventh.

The Tigers are now 8-3.
