Albion bunched all of its scoring into one big two out uprising to key a 5-2 win over Newfane in a Niagara-Orleans League game this afternoon.

The Purple Eagles erupted for 5 runs with two out in the third inning, a decisive uprising capped off by a three-run double by Javon Jones. A bases loaded walk and an error plated the first two runs. A single by winning pitcher Amari Jones got the inning going.

On the mound, Amari Jones hurled a 1 hitter with 10 strikeouts in six innings of work.
