Big first half powers Lakemen past Rams
Roaring out to a 26 point half-time lead, Wilson went on to down visiting Roy-Hart 71-49 this evening in the Niagara-Orleans League boys basketball season finale for both teams.
Aidan Neumann scored 21 of his game high 27 points, including five threes, and Ryan Hough netted 12 of his 14 in the first half as Wilson raced way to a commanding 40-14 half-time advantage.
Erique Powell scored 17, Dan Aquilina 11 and Vinny Fazzio 9 to lead Roy-Hart.
Wilson finishes the N-O season at 8-4 and Roy-Hart at 2-10.
The N-O season will wrap up on Wednesday evening as Albion hosts Newfane at 6:30 p.m.
