Berkshire/Zambito adds employees as it works to open bigger Lockport office

Four individuals who bring a combined 50-plus years of experience have joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices/Zambito Realtors’ Western New York Properties, according to an announcement this week from Mark Zambito, associate real estate broker/owner.

Joanne Roberts and team members Lisa Ridgeway and Amanda Finch have joined the Medina-based company, working out of their Lockport office, along with licensed real estate salesperson Paul Patterson. Patterson is a multi-million producer, Mark said.

According to Zambito, Roberts, who joins the company as an associate real estate broker, brings more than 34 years of real estate experience, primarily servicing Niagara County and the surrounding markets. With her co-workers, they bring more than 50 years of experience.

The company, which opened in 2007 in Medina, has offices in Medina, Wrights Corners and Orchard Park. It’s expertise is in selling residential, waterfront, multi-family, farm, land, commercial and foreclosure properties in the surrounding area.

They will be announcing the opening of a new, larger office in Lockport in the near future, Mark said.
