Barna nets three in Storm’s lacrosse finale

Medina High graduate Kyle Barna capped off a strong season for the Lake Erie College lacrosse team as he scored three goals this afternoon in the Storm’s regular season ending 22-11 win over Davis & Elkins College.
Barna, a junior, finishes the regular season with 25 goals and 9 assists for a total of 34 points. He is second on the team in goals, third in points and fourth in assists.
His season highs were four goal efforts against both Merrimack College and Young Harris College.
Barna previous played two years as Pfeiffer College.
During his scholastic day as Medina, Barna scored a school record 280 points on 181 goals and 99 assists.
