Barker swimmers sweep Byron-Bergen

Barker swept to a pair of victories over host Byron-Bergen Tuesday evening in a non league swim meet.

The Barker girls finished the non league portion of their schedule with a 4-0 record by downing B-B 91-66.

Natalie Menz was a double winner in the 200 Individual Medley and 100 Backstroke and Sara Gendrue took both the 200 Free and 500 Free to lead the Lady Raiders.

The Barker boys squad capped off a 3-1 non league schedule with a 91-47 victory over the Bees.

Adam Wagner took both the 200 Free and 100 Backstroke and Andrew Jenks doubled in the 100 Butterfly and 100 Breaststroke to set the pace for the Raiders.

Barker next visits Albion on December 12 in the Niagara-Orleans League opener.
