Barker romps in N-O field hockey opener
Barker opened defense of its Niagara-Orleans League field hockey title with a 6-0 victory at Kenmore this afternoon.
Emma Duffy and Becky Stoloski each scored two goals and Madison Greenwald and Erin Greenwald both netted one to spark the attack for Barker which led 3-0 at the half.
Caitlyn Mason and Courtney Bodine shared in earning the shutout in goal.
Newfane 1, Roy-Hart 0
A first half goal by Madison Bunn proved to be just enough to lift Newfane past host Roy-Hart 1-0 in the other N-O contest.
Mia Ludwig earned the shutout in goal for the Lady Panthers.
