Barker quartet sparkles at Section VI Class C swim championships

Barker High senior Casey Webb earned the Most Outstanding Performer award to lead a strong effort by a quartet of Raiders at the Section VI Class C swim championships held on Friday at Maryvale.

Casey Webb was an individual event double winner in the 50 freestyle (:22.76) and 100 freestyle (:50.78). His brother Collin, a freshman, placed third in both the 50 free and 100 free.

Casey and Collin Webb also teamed up with senior Alex Goodlander and freshman Andrew Jenks to win the 400 free relay in a time of 3:31.73.

That same foursome also combined to place second in the 200 free relay in a school record time of 1:33.69.
