Pulling even with a dramatic last ditch seventh inning rally, No. 3 seed Barker went on to outlast visiting No. 6 Silver Creek 3-2 in 10 innings this afternoon in the quarterfinal round of the Section VI Class C playoffs.

Trailing 2-0, Barker knotted the contest on a two-out, two-run double by Ryan Voss in the bottom of the seventh inning. Two walks set up he opportunity.

The Raiders then pulled out the victory with a run on an error in the bottom of the 10th inning. A walk, a hit batter and a single by Devon Mangan loaded the bases to set up the threat.

Eddie Wasnock went the distance on the mound for Barker scattering 5 hits and striking out 10 with only 1 walk over the 10.

The Raiders will next host No. 10 Portville, a 5-0 victor over No. 2 Maple Grove, in the Class C semifinals on Thursday.
