Barker blanks Kenmore in N-O field hockey
Barker downed host Kenmore 2-0 this evening to improve to 3-0 in Niagara-Orleans League field hockey competition.
Brooke Weber and Jillian Maines scored the Barker goals.
The loss drops Kenmore to 2-1. Kenmore’s 1-0 lead in a stormy weather shortened game at Medina earlier in the week is now a 1-0 win for Kenmore.

Newfane (1-1) downed Roy-Hart (0-3) 5-2 as Adella Dukes scored both goals for the Lady Rams.
Akron 8, Wilson 4
Akron (2-0) bested Wilson (1-2) 8-4 as Mackenzie Tomporowski scored 3 goals and Madigan Regan 2.
Medina 1, Sacred Heart 0
Medina nipped Sacred Heart 1-0 in a non league game at Vets Park as Jenelle Stalker scored the lone goal.
