Balanced attack lifts Kendall past RAC

Four players scored in double figures as Kendall downed visiting Rochester Academy Charter 55-39 this evening in a non league basketball game.

John Rath and Hunter Menze both scored 11 and Nate Warters and Derek Edick each chipped in with 10 to lead the way for Kendall. Rath also had 5 rebounds and 4 steals, Edick 7 steals and Warters 5 assists.

Leading by narrow margins of 24-23 at the half and 39-34 after three quarters, Kendall finally put a lock on the victory by outpointing RAC 16-5 down the stretch. Rath scored 8, Menze 5 and Warters 3 to lead that Eagles surge.

Now at 5-7 overall, Kendall next visits Pembroke on Wednesday in a Genesee Region League game.
