Another strong finishing round for Green

For the second week in a row Medina’s Melanie Green has put together a strong final round to earn a top 10 finish at a NXXT Women’s Pro Tour Golf Tournament.
Green posted a 3 under par round of 69 on Wednesday to finish in a tie for 8th place at the NXXT championship at Rio Pinar at Orlando, Florida.
She registered 4 birdies on her final round to finish the tournament with a 1 under par 215 total. She opened the three day, 54 hole event with rounds of 74 and 72.
Next, Green will continue her quest to earn an LPGA Tour Card by competing in the Q-School’s Final Stage Tournament in early December in Mobile, Alabama.
