Another round of snow forecast for Sunday-Monday

The Cobblestone Universalist Church has about 2 feet of snow on its grounds on Route 104, just east of Route 98. This photo was taken on Thursday. More snow is in the forecast.

The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm watch from Sunday afternoon through late Monday night for Orleans and several other Western New York and Finger Lakes counties.

The Weather Service says as much as 7 inches of snow could fall. The snow combined with 10 to 20 mile per hour winds will bring snow-covered roads and poor visibility.

The Weather Service has forecast a high of 28 on Saturday and a low of 19, followed by a high of 25 on Sunday with a low of 17. Monday is forecast for a high of 21 degrees and a low of 14.
