Another lakeshore flood watch in effect for Orleans

The National Weather Service in Buffalo has issued another lakeshore flood watch for Orleans, Niagara and Monroe counties.
The watch is in effect from late Sunday night through Tuesday morning. The Weather Service said very strong westerly winds will develop Sunday night.
The strong winds and building wave action will combine with above-normal lake levels to increase shoreline erosion, especially in areas where the lakeshore is unstable following earlier erosion this year.
