Amber Alert issued for missing Lockport girl, age 10 months

Editor’s Note (3:42 p.m.) – The Amber Alert has been cancelled and the child is safe and is currently in police custody.
An Amber Alert has been issued for a 10-month-old girl from Lockport.
The Niagara County Sheriff’s Office is trying to locate Royalty Mullen, who the Sheriff’s Office said was taken unlawfully by her father from Sweetwood Drive in the Town of Lockport.
Anthones Mullen, top left, is described as a described as a 37-year-old Black man standing 5’5″ tall and weighing about 165 pounds. he was last wearing a brown top with blue jeans.
Royalty was last seen in a long-sleeve blue onesie. She is about 2 feet tall and weighs 20 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
If the father and child are spotted or if anyone has information on their whereabouts, please call 911.
