Albion golfers post win over Barker
Albion defeated Barker 250-262 and Akron downed Medina 212-230 in Niagara-Orleans League golf matches this afternoon.
Albion’s Caleb Fox and Barker’s Joel Harris shared medalist honors with rounds of 43 as did Akron’s Drew Romesser and Medina’s Aidan Paul with 39’s. Cam Wild also shot a 41 for Akron and Dylan Lonnen a 42 for Medina.
Akron is now 7-0, Medina 4-4, Barker 4-3 and Albion 3-5.

Undefeated (5-0) Akron downed visiting Medina (2-2) 4-0 in a Niagara-Orleans League field hockey game this afternoon.
Lacey Berghorn and Nevada Bergman each scored a pair of goals for Akron which led 1-0 at the half.
