All Conference honors for Lewis and Passarell

Two local members of the Finger Lakes Community College Women’s Soccer team, Lyndonville graduate Ella Lewis and Holley grad Halee Passarell, have been named to the Mid State Athletic Conference All-Conference team.
Lewis, who is a freshman forward at FLCC, scored a team leading 22 goals this season which is the most in the nation in NJCAA Division III women’s soccer.
Passarell, a sophomore midfielder, had 2 assists and played a key role both offensively and defensively for FLCC.
Lewis is majoring in Criminal Justice and Passarell in Food and Beverage Management.
FLCC, who is seeded No. 4 for the Region III playoffs, will open that competition at home on Tuesday against Herkimer Community College.
