Albion youth football squad plays at The Ralph

The Albion JV and Akron JV Niagara Orleans Football Associaiton (NOFA) youth football teams had the opportunity to play at Ralph Wilson Stadium Sunday during halftime of the Buffalo Bills vs. Cincinnati Bengals game. The game was part of the Bills and National Football League’s support of youth football in conjunction with USA Football. During the scrimmage contest Kevin Hillman threw a touchdown pass to Thomas Furmanski and Deyonci Farley scored on a run for the Albion JV squad.

Here Albion JV players listen as one of their coaches, Tim McMurray, gives instructions. In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month the Bills gave the players special decals for their helmets which had the Bills and the cancer awareness logos, as well as pink shoe laces, towels and socks.

The Albion JV cheerleaders performed on the sideline during the half-time scrimmage contest. The cheerleaders were given pink pom poms and shoe laces by the Bills in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
