Albion U17 booters down Kendall

Roaring out to a 4-0 halftime advantage, Albion went on to defeat visiting Kendall 7-0 this evening in a Rochester District Youth Soccer League U17 Division boys game.

Albion jumped out to an early 1-0 lead on a goal by Harrison Brown.

Connor McQuillan doubled the Eagles lead when he tallied off an assist from Kendyll Hadick.

Nate Scanlan then scored a pair of quick goals late in the half to up the Albion lead to 4-0 at the break.

In the second half, Bradley Sanford tallied 2 goals and Scanlan 1 to round out the Albion scoring. Noah Goudreau earned the assist on one of Sanford’s tallies.

Albion improves to 4-2.

Albion U17 3, GVBBSC 1

On Sunday the Albion U17 boys defeated visiting GVBBSC-Lajoie 3-1.

Hayden Pecoraro scored the first goal for Albion making it 1-0 at the half.

GVBBSC did answer back making it 1-1 but Hayden Pecoraro scored goal number 2 off an assist from Noah Martin putting Albion back on top to stay.

Allbion then got an insurance goal by Goudreau who got it just over the goal line when a GVBBSC defenseman helped drive it to the back of the net.
