Albion track teams sweep Wilson

Opening the Niagara-Orleans League track season on a high note Albion swept past visiting Wilson this afternoon winning the boys’ meet 108-33 and the girls’ competition 87-50.

Tre Yaskulski was a triple winner in the 110 Hurdles, High Jump and Triple Jump for the Albion boys which also got wins from Bril Johnson (100), Sam Sanchez (400), Ugene Harrison (200), Chase Carleton (Pole Vault), Payton Lake (Long Jump), Kirk Ellison (Shotput) and Nick Perry (Discus).

Will Schwarzmueller was a double winner for Wilson in the 1600 and 3200.

Kirsten Struble doubled in the 200 and 400 for the Albion girls which also got wins from Claire Squicciarini (100), Olivia Krenning (1500), Emma Mathes (800), Bri Haines (Pole Vault) and Phontasia Blackmon (Shotput).

Skylar Munnikhuysen was a triple winner for Wilson in the Long Jump, High Jump and Triple Jump.
