Albion tops Caledonia in U18 soccer

Improving to 3-1-1, Albion outlasted visiting Caledonia 6-4 Thursday evening in a Rochester District Youth Soccer League girls U18 Division game.

Brylie Hapeman scored 3 goals to lead the Albion attack as Kendall Derisley, Abbie Pappalardo and Kenzi  Hapeman 1 each.  Byrie Hapeman, Mariah Plain and Abigail Scanlan each had a pair of assists.

Quinn McCue turned in a strong eftort in goal to anchor the Albion defense.

Albion next participates in the Fairport Tournament this weekend.

York 6, Kendall 1
Lizzie Sutphen scored the lone goal for Kendall in a 6-1 loss at York on Wednesday in a U17 Division game.
