Albion scores wins at Section VI Class B meet
Albion scored a pair of victories at the Section VI Class B track and field championships held at Alden today.
The Purple Eagles 400 Relay quartet of Cencere Lowe, Isaiah Riley, Rashard Johnson and Finn McCue earned first place honors.
Lowe also won the Long Jump with a school record leap of 23-2 and placed third in both the Triple Jump and 100.
McCue also placed third in the 200.
The Purple Eagles also had Kyle Radder place second in the 110 Hurdles and Johnson fourth in the 400.
Medina’s Madelynn Rutledge took second in both the Long Jump and Triple Jump while Aurora Owczaraczyk third in the 200, Neveah Moss fourth in the Long Jump and Kaedon Cleveland fourth in the 110 Hurdles.
