Albion scores three youth football wins

Albion scored two wins over Pembroke and one over Roy-Hart Saturday in Niagara Orleans Football Association (NOFA) acton.

In the Mini Division, Albion romped past Pembroke 37-6 as  Noah Harrison had 4 touchdowns.He had 236 yards on the ground and 85 yards receiving from Roman Manella.  Harrison also caught 2 PAT’s and Pyerce Aherns 1 from Manella.  Jayovanni Ostrander added a 26 yard touchdown.

On defense Logan Kast and Harrison had 5 tackles and Mason Snook a fumble recovery.

In the JV Division, Albion locked up the #1 seed for the playoffs with a 14-0 win over Pembroke.

Makyell Walker had 192 yards rushing and 2 td’s of 64 and 21.  Kwame Riley added 33 yards on the ground.  Peyton Robinson caught a PAT from Nate Gibson.

Raekwan Riley led the Eagles defense with 14 tackles,  William Farnsworth 10, Jeremiah Bennett,  Jared Ostrander and Walker 10 each.

In the Varsity Division, four different players scored touchdowns on offense for Albion in a 30-0 victory over Roy-Hart.  Aquil Gaffney, Jacob Highson, Shakarion Drisdom and Sh’kwe Riley all had rushing touchdowns.  Riley also returned at interception for a touchdown.
