Albion, Roy-Hart soccer teams scrimmage
Photos by Cheryl Wertman – Though the league seasons were cancelled due to the Covid-19 Pandemic when restrictions were eased area soccer teams began getting together for scrimmages. Thursday evening the Albion Raptors and Roy-Hart girls 17U club soccer teams hooked up for a scrimmage at the JPs soccer complex in Holley. Here Albion’s Abby Scanlan works to advance the ball against Roy-Hart defender CC Santos.
Roy-Hart’s Kara Choate here puts up a shot which found the net for a goal. Defending for Albion are Aurora Serafin and Charlie London. Albion also recently scrimmaged Brockport.
