A pair of first half goals proved to be just enough to earn the Albion Raptors a narrow 2-1 win over the visiting Rush-Henrietta Falcons this evening in a Rochester District Youth Soccer League U17 Division game.

Albion jumped out to a 2-0 lead as McKenzie Harmon scored off an assist from Abby Scanlan about 20 minutes in and then Kendall Derisley netted what proved to be the game winner in the last 10 minutes of the half.

The Falcons cut the deficit to 2-1 with a goal just before half-time to round out the scoring as neither team could find the net in the second half.

The Raptors improve to 4-2 while the Falcons slip to 2-7-2.
