Albion opens N-O volleyball season Thursday
Photo by Cheryl Wertman – Looking to bounce back from last fall’s 0-10 league campaign, Albion faces a challenging Niagara-Orleans volleyball opener as the Purple Eagles will host defending champion Roy-Hart at 6:30 p.m. Thursday. Leading the Purple Eagles will be this senior trio of Hanna Kumalac, Alya Villanueva and Madison Muckle. Juniors Jillian LaBaron and Anna Grillo are also expected to be key contributors. Albion’s graduation losses included Julia Knight, Madison LeBaron, Paige Newton and Taylor LeFrois.
