Albion, Medina spikers post wins

Defending champion Albion bested host CSAT 25-11, 25-12, 25-7 this evening to stay perfect at 6-0 in Niagara-Orlans League volleyball competition.

Kelsee Soule had 6 kills, 5 aces and 3 digs; Meghan Hurley 4 kills, 4 digs and 5 assists; Chanyce Powell 4 kills, 4 aces and 2 blocks; Sara Millspaugh 2 kills, 2 digs and 1 ace and Olivia Neidert 3 aces and 7 assists to lead the Purple Eagles.

Medina likewise scored a straight set home court victory over Akron to improve to 4-1.

Emily Kams had 11 kills, Nicole Blount 7 kills, Carley Schultz 3 aces and Megan O’Keefe 3 aces for the Mustangs.

Wilson improved to 3-3 with a 25-17, 25-19, 25-17 win over Roy-Hart (1-5) as Mercedees Rees had 3 kills and Ana Bryer 17 digs.
