Defending champion Akron downed Albion 5-0, Newfane blanked Medina 5 1/2-0 and Wilson nipped Barker 3-2 1/2 in Niagara-Orleans League tennis action this afternoon.
Wins by the singles trio of Will Chubb, Caleb Suckow and Samantha Niescier led the way for Akron.
Singles wins by the threesome of Joey Moote, Connor Seider and Edan McKinney provided the margin of victory for Wilson.
Barker got wins from the singles duos of Willard Nellist-Aidan Mescall, Kevin Hadsell-Eddie Cabrera and Levi Hauser-Tommy Harris.
