Albion library hosted Noon Year’s Eve Party with balloon drop

ALBION – Hoag Library on Tuesday hosted a Noon Year’s Eve Party that included a balloon drop.

More than 60 people attended and participated in activities such as crafts, face painting, dancing and games. Attendants enjoyed apple juice and cookies following the balloon drop.
