Albion hosts Holley in youth football

Photo by Cheryl Wertman – Albion hosted Holley in Niagara Orleans Football Association (NOFA) action on Saturday. Here Albion’s Wesley Olles fights for  yardage during the JV Division game which was won by Holley 36-6. The Holley tacklers include Miguel Vazquez-Pulcino, Ty Eberhart-Drumgoole, Kevin Robinson and Blake Coleman. Holley’s touchdowns were scored by Eberhart-Drumgoole, Camden Mosier, Michael Wells, Kyler Weitz and Vazquez-Pulcino. Noah Harrison scored Albion’s touchdown. Albion won the Varsity Division contest 42-6 as Austin Johnson had touchdown runs of 79 and 22 yards. Albion’s other TD’s were scored by Collin Webb on a 57 yard run, Makyell Walker a 52 yard run, Zarren Duffield an 8 yard run and Kwame Riley a 40 yard pass to Jonathan Eibl. The Holley touchdown came on a pass from Destin Kuyal to Vinnie Golisano. Albion next hosts Attica on Saturday at Bullard Park while Holley entertains Oakfield/Elba.
