Albion golfers top Akron to even record
Gaining the .500 mark at 2-2, Albion defeated Akron 248-263 this afternoon in a Niagara-Orleans League golf match at DanDee Farms.
Nick Penna took medalist honors for Albion with a 39 as Patrick Ricker and Victor Benjovski both added rounds of 48.
Brennan Murty shot 44 for Akron which dips to 0-5.
Wilson 199, Roy-Hart 227
Defending champion Wilson set a new school course record score in defeating Roy-Hart 199-227 at Willowbrook.
Connor Seeley earned medalist honors with a 36 for Wilson which improves to 4-0.
Jonah Miller added a 39 and Nate Fox a 40 for the Lakemen.
The loss drops Roy-Hart to 2-2.
