Albion girls post shutout for 5th win
Improving to 5-3-1 overall, Albion blanked host Pembroke 4-0 this afternoon in a non league girls soccer game.
Julia Button scored 2 goals for the Purple Eagles as Cami London and Ava Woolston each netted 1.
Button, London and Kailee Anstey each had an assist.
Aaliyah Jones earned the shutout in goal.

Byron-Bergen nipped visiting Lyndonville 1-0 in a Genesee Region League boys game this evening.
The Bees scored the lone goal on a header with just nine minutes to go.
“It’s tough to lose a close one like that late but it was a good goal and I’m just very proud of the way our kids played,” said Tigers Coach Bradley.
