Albion girls down Barker to even N-O record
Regaining the .500 mark at 4-4, Albion downed host Barker 42-26 in a Niagara-Orleans League girls basketball make-up game this evening.
Madison Hughson scored 19 and Abby Scanlan 16 to lead the way for Albion which had a 26-10 lead at the half. Scanlan scored 11 in the second quarter while Hughson netted 6 in the third and 7 in the fourth.
Alyssa Thompson led Barker with 8.
Albion will now host Barker at 6:30 p.m. Friday.
