Albion firefighter springs into action at Brockport accident

BROCKPORT – It was 4:30 this afternoon when Christopher Webb came upon an accident in Brockport. Right away he recognized an Albion firefighter, Charlie Monacelli, spring into action in plainclothes (behind the black Cobalt).
Monacelli helped control the scene until Brockport firefighters and police arrived.
