Albion booters blank Akron; RH nips Wilson
Albion shutout Akron 3-0 this afternoon as the Purple Eagles evened their Niagara-Orleans League soccer record at 3-3.
Angel Rosario scored just 1:12 into the first half to get Albion rolling.
Second half goals by Alex Gibson and Connor Hollenbeck then locked up the Purple Eagles victory.
Kolin VanGorder earned the shutout in goal.
The loss drops Akron to 0-7.

A penalty kick goal by Aidan Bligh with 3:40 remaining earned Roy-Hart a narrow 1-0 victory over Wilson
Improving to 5-1, Roy-Hart moves into a three-way tie for the N-O lead with Medina/Lyndonville and Newfane which will collide Friday at Medina.
