Albion and Medina score N-O golf wins
Albion defeated Newfane 288-298 and Medina downed Wilson 210-280 today in Niagara-Orleans League golf action.
Patrick Ricker took medalist honors with a 42 and Nick Perry added a 49 to lead the way for Albion in the match at Willowbrook.
The Purple Eagles, which next face Roy-Hart Tuesday, improve to 2-0.
Ian Wagner took medalist honors with a 34 for Medina at Shelridge as Melanie Green added a 38, Trevor Luthart 44, Aidan Paul 45 and Dylan Lonnen 49.
The Mustangs are now 1-0-1.
Patrick Seeley had a 45 for Wilson which slips to 1-2.
In the day’s other match, Akron downed Roy-Hart 244-307 at Shelridge.
Akron is now 2-0-1 and Roy-Hart 0-1.
