Albion 18U diamond squad blanks Alden
Improving to 5-1, the Albion Purple Eagles 18U baseball team shutout host Alden 4-0 Tuesday evening.
Drew Pritchard and Elliott Trapiss combined to hurl a 2 hitter with 5 strikeouts.
Drew Boyce had 3 hits and Mason Snook 2 to lead the Albion offense. Boyce singled and scored on an error in the first inning and later tripled and came home on an error in the sixth. Kaiden Froman also singled in a run in the third inning.
