Akron lacrosse squad romps past Medina

Building up commanding leads of 7-1 after the first quarter and 17-1 at the half, Akron went on to defeat Medina 23-1 in a Class D Division lacrosse game this afternoon at Vets Park.
Trace Hill, Thunder Hallett and Brodie Hill each scored 4 goals and Braley Abrams 3 in the first half for the Tigers which improves to 3-0.
Cole Callard scored the lone goal for Medina which is now 2-1.
The Mustangs next visit Gowanda at 7 p.m. Friday.
