Akron and Roy-Hart golfers score wins
Akron and Roy-Hart remained 1-2 in the Niagara-Orleans League golf standings by posting home course wins this afternoon.
Akron stayed undefeated at 7-0 with a 216-266 win over Albion (3-5) as Brodie Hill took medalist honors with a 37 and Thunder Hallett was close behind with a 38.
Roy-Hart improved to 6-1 by downing Barker (3-3) 242-282 as Gavin Heideman earned medalist honors with a 46 and Evan Poeller and Tyler Rothwell both had rounds of 47.
