After big rain on Monday, some sunshine is in forecast

A lakeshore flood warning remains in effect until 2 p.m. this afternoon for Orleans, Niagara and Monroe counties.
About an inch of rain fell on Monday locally. Today is forecast to be cloudy in the morning and then sunny with a high near 69.
It will be sunny with a high near 76 on Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service in Buffalo.
On Thursday, showers are likely and then a possible thunderstorm after 11 a.m. with a high near 67.
There is also a chance for showers on Friday with a high near 66. Saturday will be partly sunny with a high near 73, according to the Weather Service.
