Action resumes on renovated YMCA gym floor

The Orleans County YMCA’s Capital Improvement Project realized the completion of another phase this evening as the adult volleyball league became the first teams to play on the newly realigned and resurfaced gym floor. The gym floor now goes right up to the north wall of the building with the removal of the racquetball courts, a realignment that was necessary to make room for the new entrance and lobby area.

Granzow Construction workers were busy today at the Orleans County YMCA working on two new walls as a key part of the Capital Improvement Project. In the foreground work is on going on the window and door opening on the new wall separating the new lobby area and the gym. In the background drywall goes up on the new wall separating the lobby area from the new office area.
