ACT Press Release

They say money doesn’t buy you happiness, but a FREE educational tool focusing on emotional wellness and tech help could get you both!

The ACT Program, a program of Community Action of Orleans and Genesee has been lucky enough to receive a grant from NYS Cares for Communities to develop a FREE educational tool meant to address and encourage emotional wellness and tech basics/safety, within Orleans County.  These monies were made available in response to the Pandemic. With said grant, two self-navigated Google “classrooms,” were created. While each Google Classroom addresses both topics, one is tailored towards middle and high school students, while the other is tailored to adults.
