A sure sign of Spring

Normally confined to indoor practices sessions at this time of the year, the Niagara Nationals youth baseball team, which includes a number of Medina area players, took advantage of this afternoon’s sunny, 60 degree weather to practice outside on the turf at Vets Park. It’s a sure sign that Spring is not far off. Area high school Spring sports teams are scheduled to begin practice on March 7.
