No serious injury for driver after vehicle flips on 63 in Shelby

SHELBY – The driver of this Ford Explorer escaped serious injury when she skidded on icy roads and rolled over several times this afternoon just north of the Alabama swamps on Route 63 in the town of Shelby.
Firefighters from the Shelby Volunteer Fire Company responded to the accident about 3 p.m. The vehicle landed upright in a field. No additional information is available.
State Trooper A.J. Keleman and Shelby firefighters are on the scene of a rollover accident this afternoon on Route 63.
