Mustang golfers down Purple Eagles
Improving to 5-0-1, Medina posted a 240-265 victory over previously unbeaten Albion (3-1) this afternoon in a key Niagara-Orleans League golf match at Shelridge.
Ian Wagner took medalist honors for Medina with a 35 as Dylan Lonnen added a 45 and Aidan Paul a 46.
Patrick Ricker led Albion with a 46.
In the other N-O matches, Wilson (3-2) downed Barker (1-4) 253-261 and Newfane (1-4) bested Roy-Hart (0-5) 274-294.
Patrick Seeley shot 42 and Josh Seider 45 for Wilson while Barker’s Jake Harris took medalist honors with a 41.
Sam Capen led Newfane with a 50.
