Banes uses fast start to down Orleans Vets
Scoring 4 quick runs in the first inning, Banes Machine Shop/Banes Plumbing went on to defeat Orleans Vets 6-4 Monday to remain undefeated at 8-0 in the ‘A’ Division of the Medina Women’s Softball League.
A double by Amy Allis along with singles by Grace Masse, Hannah LaGrou, Jami Chatt and Patti Page plated the 4 first inning tallies for Banes.
Page had 2 hits on the evening including a double. Jen Masse also had a double.
