Lyndonville girls down Notre Dame

Improving to 4-1, Lyndonville defeated host Notre Dame 8-2 this afternoon in a Genesee Region League softball game.

Megan Krisher had a two-run triple to key a three-run second inning and Anna Lewis a two-run double in the sixth inning to highlight the Lyndonville offense. Natalie Ostrowski also had an RBI single in the third inning.

Krisher, Ostrowski, Gracie Johnson and Ella Lewis each had a pair of hits on the day.

Stacy Buckland picked up the win in the circle allowing 4 hits and striking out 2.

Roy-Hart 20, Barker 0
Winning pitcher Sam Choate, Ashley Hill, and Maddie Fry each drove in three runs to lead Roy-Hart to a 20-0 Niagara-Orleans League own over Barker.

In the circle, Choate allowed only 3 hits and struck out 7.

Roy-Hart stays perfect at 6-0 in N-O action while Barker slips to 2-3.

Wilson 14, Albion 10

Anna Frerichs had 3 hits and Alycia Thompson  2 to lead Wilson (3-2) to a 14-10 win over Albion (1-50.

Kendall Derisley had 2 hits and Sierra Newton 3 RBIs for Albion.
