Albion grad shows HR power for Ashland

Albion High graduate and Ashland University senior Connor Barleben had a big three home run day in Ashland’s 24-10 romp over West Liberty on Thursday.
Barleben hit two-run homers in both the second and third innings and added a three-run shot in the fourth frame.
Barleben, who now has 8 home runs on the season, is hitting .373 with 24 runs batted in and 23 runs scored.
He graduated from Genesee Community College before attending Ashland.
