MEDINA – Girl Scout Troop 82007 from Albion learned about running a business from Case-Nic Cookies in Medina. The Scouts visited Case-Nic and owner Mary Lou Tuohey as part of their Cookie CEO Badge.
The girls learned that to successfully run a small business, employees must take on multiple roles. They also learned that customer service, knowing your product, and being able to talk to customers about your business is vital to encourage customers to keep coming back.
