Medina competes in Kendall 8U Tournament
The Medina 8u team competed in the Kendall Tournament over the weekend.
Medina dropped a narrow 10-9 decision to Albion and also lost to Kendall 10-3 and Hilton 12-0.
Sawyer Lilleby went 7 for 10, Aleks Seefelt 6-10, Aiden Papaj 6-9, Timmy Vazquez 6-9, Max Pilon 4-9, Lathan Miller 7-9, River Jones 4-9, Shane Fearby 4-8, Nicolas Weatherbee 0-8 and TJ Champney 1-7 over the three games for Medina.
“All the kids had fun,” said Coach Matt Fearby. “The Medina team wants to thank Chuck D’Agostino for organizing the tournament along with the other teams and coaches that participated. One more thanks to the Medina Loyal Baseball league for helping fund the team’s admission to this tournament.”
